In this episode titled "Controlling Your Thought Life," Ken Joslin talks about controlling one's thoughts. He discusses how unexpected thoughts can hijack a good moment, even when everything else seems to be going well. Ken shares a scripture that he admires, Second Corinthians 10:1-5, about controlling and capturing rebellious thoughts and teaching them to obey Christ. Ken explains how these rebellious thoughts come from trauma or past experiences and are often contrary to what God's Word says about us. He then shares his process of controlling his thoughts. He talks about how he became aware of his negative thought pattern and redirected his focus and energy to positive affirmations.
