Speaker 1:

Hey guys, welcome to another episode of as the leader grows. Got two of my best friends on here today. Their abs look way better than yours. One of them has a jacket on, one of them does not, so if you're watching this on live online, I'm sorry that your arms and shoulders don't look like my girl, saree. Erin is Saree. What's up? Guys, look at it. Don't be flexing. Put that little bicep away, girl.

Speaker 2:

I mean you said it so I'm like, okay, I better show for it, because they got a.

Speaker 3:

How are you guys doing Great? Can I put my jacket on because I didn't want to make you feel like I want to make me.

Speaker 1:

Well, I got my Lulu lemon on, so I mean I got a little bit of flex with Lulu on there. So, yeah, Tell the audience. Tell the audience a little bit about who you guys are, what you got going on where you're at, like what's going on in Erin and Saree's world.

Speaker 2:

Wow. I say wow because this is a very interesting question.

Speaker 3:

That's why I'm pointing at you.

Speaker 2:

You answer.

Speaker 1:

She's like so reach your answer in this question, Get it girl.

Speaker 2:

So I'll tell you, like 2023 has been a year of a complete transformation and you know, over the last five and a half years, we've been on a mission to transform the lives of millions through the same of many nutrition and lifestyle habits that have transformed hours, and you know we've we have been working on ourselves a lot this year. We've probably put in the most amount of work that we've ever put on our self development and I share this with you because our vision magnified. So, as we're speaking, you know we're entering a chapter of now we are serving God as we have before, and we stand for empowerment, freedom and health. So that magnifies because this year we've seen that there has been a recurring theme and it's like you know when, when you know that you're a leader and you're meant to do something, Eventually you get a calling Like God, not say your door, and is like have you been listening? Have you been listening? Have you been listening?

Speaker 3:

Sometimes I'm backhand you in the face and say wake up.

Speaker 1:

Yes, he does.

Speaker 2:

So I say this because we are experts at transforming bodies and our vision magnified to also inspire change with regards to taking responsibility for your life and in fitness in all manners. You know, it's been becoming more apparent that women have been trying to destroy their power by not understanding anything about their finances and how to create a life for themselves. You know, and at first it's annoying and then you get called to change that.

Speaker 3:

So yeah, yeah, I like the reason that that question is so tricky at this moment, because when you want to go to the next level, it requires, you know, turning yourself inside out and really taking a look at who am I and being unapologetically and ruthlessly honest with yourself and what you want.

Speaker 3:

Because I told you I was talking to trucks this time and we were. You know the conversation came up about. It's so easy to make what you do in life, or for money, or, you know, to make a living, it's easy to do what other people, what you think other people want you to do, or what's right or what you should do, or what's socially acceptable, or you know what people won't, you know, judge you for, which is impossible. And so, subconsciously, you could even talk yourself into and convince yourself that this thing is what you want and it's not. And so you know, a constant reevaluation or reassessment of what you're doing and where you're going and who you're serving and where you're headed and and how you want to live your life is necessary to stay. You know, the airplane that goes off course by one degree for long enough ends up thousands of miles off off, you know so.

Speaker 1:

I want to circle back to something you said just a minute ago, when you said we started, really we spent a lot, of, a long time and a lot of our time lately really in personal development, really working on becoming the best version of ourselves. And then you said and from there our vision got bigger. And there's two things I've seen anytime you take time and you really you're talking about it right now and anytime you really lock in on Okay, god, what do you have for me? I want to become the best version of myself. Two things always happen number one, division the focus becomes clear. And number two, division normally gets larger. That happens one of the things we were talking about off air. I want to kind of get into that.

Speaker 1:

We were having conversation oh, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. This is too good. Like we got it. We got to record this we talked about, we talked about commitment and you asked me a question. I would love for us, for you, to reshare that question for the audience, because obviously they don't know what we're talking about. And let's, I would love to dive in, because everything you're talking about right now goes back to the word that we, that we talk about a lot, especially in transformation, whether it's for us, it's, you know, our core five faith, health, relationship, business and finances. For you guys, you're talking about transformation for women now, not only in your physical bodies, but also in your finances. Really just like. Just like what we do, really going after some core areas of what makes us up as human being. But the post that you're asking to our audience, or that you did earlier to me, about commitment, the one that I asked.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3:

I think the most powerful and thought-provoking question I think about commitment is how do you measure commitment? How do you measure commitment? I was asking myself that this morning. Actually I asked Sarit because I was asking myself and I was like I want to know what she thinks, because it's so good.

Speaker 2:

You asked me that because of what I said.

Speaker 3:

Well, I did, but it made me think of that question. So when we have a goal, or we have a target, or we have a destination, we have some result we want to achieve. The result is measurable. Somehow I made a certain amount of money, I lost a certain amount of weight, I got married by, I had however many kids. If we don't get the result, were we committed or were we not committed? So is the commitment measured by a result that you get? Because a lot of times you find a way or you find an excuse. The commitment is like. I do whatever it takes, I'm committed. Commitment is certain, it's for sure, and so I'm like. But is the measurement of it black and white?

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So I think a couple of things on commitment is, I think anytime you commit like I've been on this health journey for three years I've lost 80 pounds, but I've been stuck at 80 pounds for probably close to a year Now. I've lost probably eight or nine, 10 pounds in the last month but I think you have to revisit that commitment, Like I think you literally have to look at it and go, okay, this is the goal I set for us. It's super simple Goals, gratitude, affirmations, top three every morning, wins, 1%, better goals, school board in the evening time. So, as I'm writing my goals down every day, every now and now, look at them and go okay, you want 75 people in your mastermind, 100 in your community, 500 at create and you want to sell a thousand.

Speaker 1:

Where are you at on that? Like, what is it Like? Are you as committed today? Not just because I think what happens? Guys, we come from you know Uncle G world where it's right to go down twice a day and it gets just a habit, Like I'm going to write my goals down, but really there's not a commitment behind making those things happen and I think it's a. It's almost a recommitment, Like when you guys get up to work out. We were talking about your workout you guys did today. You got to recommit it almost every day, yeah.

Speaker 3:

I started doing something different besides goals. Morning and night, I started saying what are the three wins from today and what are the three wins I'm committed to creating tomorrow? That way it doesn't sound just like a mundane. I still write down the big picture. You know, I achieve blah, blah, blah. But going back to you.

Speaker 1:

It says top three.

Speaker 2:

What are you Top three? Yeah?

Speaker 1:

Top three today was Sundance Butts and Seats, sundance Logistics and getting these podcasts recorded. Those were my top, those were my, those are my big rocks to move today and those changes, like you said, those are, those are the wins. Those change every single day and I write those down the night before I go to bed, once I fill out my daytime and I know what my time looks like. Okay, what are the three rocks I need to move tomorrow? Yeah, what are the big things? Exactly what you're talking about, and that is committing. It's recommitting every single day. I'm looking going. Okay, when I get up in the morning at four, what am I committing to? What are the three main things I need to get done tomorrow?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and I'm thinking about this. And when writing those down, is it? Is it more supportive for us to write down things that we are in control of, like the actions that we take, or a result again, like, do I write a result? I'm going to, you know, bring in 10 K today, or you know what are the action set that will result in that, because it's something I've control over.

Speaker 3:

So, going back to like the, how do I measure my commitment? I think, ultimately, I told Sarita you know if you're committed or not. You know at the end of the day, you know when you lay your head on your pillow, did I do everything that I could have today? That I knew how, with the resources that I have, with the people that I know, with the money I have access to, with the you know technology that is required, like whatever the resources are to have access to it that I give myself a large enough time frame to really achieve whatever result. Right, I want to make a million dollars tomorrow, but the most I've ever made is $10,000. You know what I mean. I'm not committed, or is that just a completely ridiculous target, right?

Speaker 1:

No, I like that, I love that and I think you have to set. My goals are constantly moving, even in my health journey. I set it at 66 that I moved to 86 and then I yeah, 66, 86 and then 106. Now, once I got to about eight almost to 86, I bumped it out a little bit further. So I'm just always keeping that goal in front of me, which keeps me motivated, which keeps me recommitting every single day.

Speaker 1:

One of the things we talked about all fair, just like that, I think is super important is when you set goals and you're committed to those goals, you've got to make sure you're getting the right information to be able to hit those goals. Because if you don't have the right information like if I want to lose weight or I want to get in shape or I want to get healthy I know I can come to Erin and Saree and they're going to give me the information that I need to help me get where I want to on that goal. Talk about the importance of getting the right information and not just because a lot of times you're not going to know. Let's say, I take our core five faith, healthy relationship, business and finances. There's going to be some things, especially if you want to move to the next level. There's things you don't know. Talk about the importance of finding somebody who does know.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's. I mean, uncle Ken, you know us from when we both started in the 10x community, right, and Erin and I got into entrepreneurship literally knowing nothing about entrepreneurship, like nobody in our families does anything remotely close to being entrepreneur. So, like we had no background, no associations to any of that, and we chose to take the leap of faith because we know we had a bigger calling. I say this because ever since we started, we were always about okay, like have a mentor, have someone to guide you. Why is that? Because it is environment and it's information, and Brandon Dawson talks about this. He's like you know, like the wheel of knowledge is like One percent is you know what you know about, 10 percent is you know what you don't know, and then the rest is you don't know what you don't know. So it's, we're actually both reading a book right now too. That is amazing. I finished it today. You did Nice. Okay, I did it. It's called 10X is better than 2X 10X is easier than 2X.

Speaker 2:

It's so good you should read it. And he talks about how high performers, like infiltrate anything except for the one thing that they need to focus on. So it is so easy to just become a sponge, and we're we've all been sponges. So the question is is based on where you want to go, what information do you truly need to know, because probably 98% of what's going to come at you is going to be irrelevant.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's deciding on what again. That's why the top three is so important, like what rocks do I need to move today? What are the things that only I can do and what are the things that I can delegate to other people on my team? Yeah, so talk about so you entrepreneurs, I mean I remember gosh, it's been over two years ago y'all were in Carlsbad. I came over, I was going to hang out with my good friend, greg Reed and I came over. We had coffee on the on the porch in Carlsbad before you guys moved to Florida and we just kind of hung out with Boogie and just kind of had conversations and you guys were at the very beginning of your entrepreneurial thing. I just started GSD. It's been over two years. It's been well over two years ago. It was in the middle of COVID yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So talk to me like in the journey from there to where you guys are today, and the ups and downs, literally the peaks and the valleys. I just want to stay on this theme of commitment. Like you guys made a commitment to do this, walk our audience through some of the tough moments where you had to look each other and go no, no, no, no, no. We made a commitment, we're going to do this thing.

Speaker 2:

Okay, it happened last week.

Speaker 1:

There we go. That's easy to remember.

Speaker 2:

So I was actually doing a pocket coaching to our community about this, literally yesterday morning. It is of my experience and belief I cannot speak for anybody else but me that true commitment is revealed during the toughest hours, and I was telling the audience it is easy to be committed on a Monday morning. It is easy to want to do a workout on a Monday morning after you had a little bit of drinks, a little bit of food, good amount of rest and maybe All the stars are aligned yeah, and there is motivation and everybody else is doing it. What about Saturday night? Or what about when you are at your hotel room and you just landed after a long flight and it's 11 PM and you're really tired and you've got a long day tomorrow? Like, are you going to get your workout in then? Or are you going to say, oh, you know what, I'll wait for tomorrow and yes, of course you want to-.

Speaker 3:

I'll tell you I would have already done my workout before my plane left. Yeah, I'm trying to work out 11.

Speaker 2:

We flew Israel actually a couple of weeks ago and we got back right before the war started, because that's where I'm from. And that morning, after my Yom Kippur fast, that morning I got up at 3.30 because I'm like I'm going to get in some movement before I get on the plane. Like true commitment is identified when it's extremely inconvenient, when everything in you is feeling challenged to do the thing you know in business. It is easy to be in business when your marketing campaign is working. It is easy to be in business when shit's profitable. How about?

Speaker 3:

when the shit is it's easy to be in business. It's easy to be in business when the team is aligned and everything's rolling smoothly.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, how about you know, like when shit's going sideways with the team, when shit's going sideways with the marketing, and you know, like when so many things that are maybe even outside of your control are literally just coming in at you. This is when you really identify. Okay, am I really committed? So that's a conversation that we had a week ago.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and unpack that conversation on commitment for me, like, because I know, yeah, relationship, whether it be a partnership, a business partnership, there's always the hey. This is the commitment we made to each other. Yeah, this is the commitment we made to our community. This is the commitment we made God. You put this dream in our heart to be able to impact. This is what we're gonna do, regardless. You said something you said. True commitment is revealed in the darkest hours. Woo, so good.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, 1000%. So the question that I asked Aaron this morning was I wonder if I'm really committed or just delusional.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and that's where I was.

Speaker 1:

Listen, listen, it's both, it's both. You have to be a little delusional to think you can actually pull off what you're trying to pull off.

Speaker 3:

Yeah. So then I said committed to what, which is a very important question, because you committed to what I've to me why is also important, because am I committed to the why or am I committed to the what? They're different. I wanna change a million lives. Are you committed to that? Or are you committed to the reason why you wanna change a million lives? I wanna transform a million lives because I feel fulfilled, because it brings me fulfillment, because it brings me purpose, because it makes me famous, because, whatever the reason is for you, are you committed to the why that you wanna create? Are you committed to the result? Because they're different?

Speaker 3:

If I'm committed to being famous, I don't have to transform a million lives. If I'm committed to making a certain amount of money, do I need to transform a million lives If I'm committed? You know what I mean. So they might not necessarily align. It's like there's a destination and there's a route, but there are usually multiple routes to the same destination. So what's your true destination? Is it a feeling that you have inside or is it something that you've achieved outside?

Speaker 1:

You know, I think anytime you wanna make a difference, like you guys wanna make a difference in people's lives, I think there's a couple of commitments. I think number one you have to make a commitment. You know what? Tins Austin is committed to becoming the best version of himself, whatever that looks like. That means when I have to have the hard conversations, I'm gonna have the hard conversations. That means when God puts something on my heart and he goes hey, the way you feel right now is exactly how this person felt, and this person felt when you did this to them. Okay, god, I'm gonna pick the phone up and I call both of them and go hey, listen, this happened to me and this is how I felt, and I know this is how you felt because I did something similar to you. I'm really sorry that I did that. I can't even imagine how bad that hurt.

Speaker 1:

Like, are you committed to becoming the best version of yourself? Are you committed to going okay, god, here I am, whatever kind of pieces you have to knock away, like you knock away so I can look like the version of me that you want. So that's one part of the commitment, and I think the other part of the commitment is okay. We wanna reach fill in the blank number of people, like for me, 75 people on my mastermind, 100 people in my online community, 500 people at my conference. Like this is what we wanna do.

Speaker 1:

Am I committed to doing the day-to-day things? Top three, three rocks whatever you wanna call it three wins. Am I committed to doing these things every single day? I wanna lose X amount of pounds. Am I committed to doing the things that I know I need to do in order to be able to get in the shape I want to, to reach the number of people I want to, to have my podcast, you know, have X amount of downloads, whatever that looks like? So I think there's. I think that there's a commitment to the vision, like what you guys talked about. Like you have to have that commitment to the vision. Like we wanna reach a million women. So, okay, I'm gonna commit to the vision, but in that process, the best way for me to get there is also to commit for me becoming the best version of myself.

Speaker 2:

And you know what we realized on our way there like with the global changes that are happening, people are more attached to their money than they're attached to their health.

Speaker 1:

Isn't that crazy.

Speaker 2:

So you know why they are.

Speaker 1:

You know why they are? Because they haven't hit a spot where they're. Where they're, they're, they're looking at oh man, I have, there's a mortality here. Well right, you say that to somebody who's got cancer. They say you've got six weeks to live. They can hear how much money they got.

Speaker 2:

Right, right, yeah, we were talking about that literally yesterday. Like if you knew that you had one day to live, what would you care how much money you got, how much something costs. And I think people put a priority on health when they either have a big meaning for their life, because they understand that their life is their runway. That's why when you see very successful entrepreneurs, they're also in great shape because they put a meaning to their life and they know that their health is their runway.

Speaker 2:

Now, with regards to finances, there is a more instantaneous feedback. Right, like with our body, the negative feedback normally comes in terms of you know, like, for a lot of women, it's like weight gain, autoimmune disease, like you know all that jazz. And then it's like the wake up call I'm like it doesn't have to be this way. It doesn't have to be this way. So that's why our vision magnified because we want to be able to meet people where they're at because the truth of the matter is is that if you don't have your health, you ain't got nothing, because if I'm healthy, I can go knock on doors I got time, you know but if I don't have my health, doesn't matter how much money I got.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, how have you guys maintained the commitment over the past three years with everything that you've went through? What have been some of the things that you've done, the conversations you've had, for you to be able to maintain the solid commitment that you've had?

Speaker 3:

First of all, ken, you gotta be okay with a good cry session. Okay, there you go. Gotta be okay, not be in okay sometimes. Right, we think it's crazy how we think I know that I'm not to say this out of my mouth and I even know as it's coming out of my mouth we have this expectation for some reason to like just be good all the time, and if I'm not, then something's wrong with me. This just means you're a human being.

Speaker 3:

Life is hard, period. Now, granted, I am a privileged white girl born in America. Okay, there's still shit. That's hard. It's all relative, you know, and it's not comparable, because I'm different than you and you're different than Sarit and Sarit's different than our neighbor, and so it's just each individual condition and situation that's like. This is tough. This is tough for me, and no matter what every single person has, you know, adversity, every person has a hard life Because life is tough.

Speaker 3:

There's moments where we don't wanna do it. You know, like I just wanna run and hide in a corner, go in a cave with a blankie and a movie, and nobody talked to me. You know what I mean, and so you gotta be okay with not being okay, I think, sometimes, and being just honest, you know, this is the way I'm feeling right now and even in that moment, saying I'm committed to overcoming this and I'm not gonna judge myself for it and I'm not gonna feel shame for it, I'm not gonna beat myself up for it and I'm just gonna allow myself to be and process and then say what is my next step, going forward towards whatever vision that I have and going back to commitment and not hitting a result. You ever set a goal that you didn't hit?

Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah, yeah the significance of acceptance without justification? That's the important part. Is acceptance without justification meaning I accept, I feel no shame, I'm not gonna blame myself, beat myself up, feel guilty for not hitting the target. I'm also not gonna justify myself as a way to you know, like, oh, you're perfect the way you are, type of mentality where it's like, yes, and if human beings are not on a mission to improve themselves or have some kind of purpose or goal, we get depressed, we get anxious, we get sad, we don't like our lives, we don't like ourselves and it's a downward spiral. So it's the don't let yourself off the hook. You know. Don't like hold the line but also know where, hey, I missed the mark and it's okay. Does that make sense?

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, it's huge. It's huge to be able to understand that Bradley and I had. We had an argument one time about because Brad's like don't set these massive goals that you know you can't reach, like me, I said I'm gonna lose 66, and I'm gonna lose 86, and I'm gonna lose 106, because his thought was that if you don't hit it you're gonna be disappointed in yourself. Well, I'm not. I don't operate that way. I'm like you know what, if I wanna make a half a million and I set a goal to make a half a million and I only make 350, but I made 125 last year, I'm still a happy camper. Like I'm still okay. I guess some people that would be a little off for them, but I'm like did you still crush it? For me, it's just growth. Where was I this time last year? Where was I this time last month? And have I become the best version of myself? Am I moving towards becoming everything that God wants me to become?

Speaker 3:

The only difference between you and Bradley is your perspective.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 3:

Because he's also done amazing things. Yeah, oh yeah, you know what I mean. So it's only perspective. It's about knowing yourself. How do I see it? If I know I'm gonna be discouraged by constantly setting these massive goals and never hitting them because they're so big, then maybe that's not the best strategy for me. Or either I change my perspective or I choose a strategy that supports my perspective and they'd be like, okay, let me get this win, let me get this win, let me get this one. I'm still focused. It just it is a different perspective.

Speaker 1:

It's good, that's good. I love that. What would you say to our audience, who is? I mean? Obviously you guys are the fitness is your deal. You built an unbelievable community of ladies. You've done some amazing things over the past three, three and a half years that I've known you when it comes to fitness and the online space and building a community. How many people do you guys have in your Facebook community right now?

Speaker 2:

I think 25,000.

Speaker 1:

25,000?. I remember when it was five, then it was six, then it was eight. I remember when you crossed the $10, I had no idea you had that many. You had 25,000 people in your community. You built that. What would you say to somebody out there that's like man, I just I wanna win in my physical body, Like I wanna be healthy, I wanna win, and it's just been really hard for me. How would you encourage that person that's listening to the podcast today?

Speaker 2:

Oh good, okay, I will say a couple of things. Thing number one is find a mentor. Don't try to do it by yourself. Like anything that you do by yourself, like Uncle Joe says, and it's 1,000% true Everything that you want is gonna be 10 times harder and it'll take you 10 times longer and it's 1,000% true and especially during, like, once you hit those stuff seasons in our community we call it mundaneville, when things are just mundane, when it's dark, or Tony Robbins call it, the winter is coming. You're gonna go through that.

Speaker 2:

So thing number one is you gotta have a strong support system. And when I say support system, I mean support system by action, someone who has obviously reached something further than you and is practicing what they preach. That's thing number one. Number two like, we are all plants, so whatever soil we're in will determine what will come out of the plant. So I say this because environment matters. So thing number two is support system, community beyond just mentor. And this is why we've grown our community and we just like pour in our community, because we are here to like raise people up, and also we're here to make people independent. We wanna teach you how to fish so you don't have to rely on someone at all given points in time. Right, can I do the last one?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, I think it's very important because this is where 99% of everyone that we've ever coached, whether it's one-on-one, in a group program, in our Facebook group. Whatever is the method that you use, if it is not something that you currently in your life want to do for the rest of your life Not all I could if it's not something you want to do for the rest of your life, don't start there. You can always build up in discipline. You can always build up in how extreme of a method you're taking, but if you don't wanna do keto for the rest of your life currently, don't start there. If you don't wanna, you never eat carbs again. If you don't wanna never drink alcohol again, if you don't never want sugar again, don't start there.

Speaker 3:

You can always add more to your plate, but it's discouraging oftentimes If you say I'm gonna do this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and then three days later you already quit. It reinforces a pattern that so many people have of I'm not cut out for it, it's not made for me, I don't follow through whatever story that you tell yourself, and so if you start with one thing and you get really good at it, then you add another thing and you get really good at it. And then you add another thing and you get really good at it and it builds. And then you look back five years later and you're like, wow, how did I come so far? How is it not for me anymore?

Speaker 1:

And no, I love that. Final thoughts for our audience. I wish we were talking a lot about commitment. We're talking about really perseverance is one of the things that's kind of been the thread through. What we're talking about it's just, it's persevering through the good times. Somebody said something in my podcast earlier that was absolutely phenomenal, jimmy did. True commitment is revealed, actually, I think one of you guys said it true commitment is revealed in the darkest hours. Well, I've done three podcasts in a row so I'm like I've got all these notes on my page, right. True commitment is revealed in the darkest hours, like it really is. That's perseverance that really is is like man, I just don't have quit in me. I just don't have like. I look at it and go, hmm boy, it would feel good to quit. Man, if I woke up in the morning and know I quit, I couldn't live with myself. What would your final thoughts be to our audience today when it comes to perseverance and literally not quitting?

Speaker 3:

I have one simple thing, because I felt it. It's okay to feel like quitting. I think that that's normal. It's normal. It's not a normal human emotion. If you're doing anything of like substantial nature yes, that pushes you outside your comfort zone you will feel like quitting and that's okay. Edmai Letts said it one more day. His dad right. One more. The power of one more. Don't quit today, just don't quit today. Somebody else said I forget who was. An author said don't quit on a bad day, because you never want to quit on a good day. So never quit, just don't quit on a bad day. If you're gonna quit, don't quit on a bad day.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's good. That's good, Sarit. Final thoughts for our audience girl.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So to actually wrap it up, I would say perseverance is leadership, because leadership is about paying the price. Everybody wants to be in the front until the call has to be made, until the hard decision has to be made, until a tough situation happens. And the higher you want to go, the more leadership it takes. The more leadership something takes, the higher price you simply have to be willing to take.

Speaker 2:

And I remember when we started entrepreneurship and people asked us they're like did you know that 99% of all businesses fail within the first year? And it's like we just knew. We just knew that we're not a statistic. And here we are, almost six years into it. And, of course, yes, we've done great things, but we still got a long, long way to go. And I say this because it never gets easier. So true colors are really being revealed to you as the mountain gets higher, as the oxygen depletes, and that's why I believe that you know body transformation. That is the first game of leadership. It's me. You know to the degree that you can lead yourself, you can lead others, and that's what leadership is all about.

Speaker 1:

So I think it's one more thing before we get off, because now you said that and I'm like, oh man, this is in my Talk about how much fulfillment in seeing the ladies that you work with and their transformation has added fuel to your tank. Like you said, don't quit on a bad day how much, how much has the fulfillment added fuel to your tank in seeing actual transformation in your clients lives?

Speaker 3:

There's two times I legitimately almost quit, like I was. I was like I'm over it, I'm out. And it was that same week I had several calls, just value calls, with members of our you know, like our, our highest level coaching, and it was back to back to back to back. What you ladies do is I've never experienced it, I've never stuck with something this long, I've never, you know, felt like you know, I'm a real person in a program like this and you know, it's just absolutely, please, keep doing what you're doing. Like I get emotional because it was literally like three calls that same day, back to back. I was like I really, who am I to have these calls right now? I don't feel valuable, I don't feel like what am I even doing, you know, and it was three calls back to back, none of them had talked with one another about our conversations, and all of them said this is absolutely transformational what you do. I'm so grateful that I came across you guys, please keep doing what you're doing.

Speaker 1:

Isn't amazing when God orchestrates those moments for us and then, when you get there, you're like, okay, god, I'm just an idiot. You're like okay, god, I hear you.

Speaker 2:

And I want to say one thing that I think for me, because I'm so results oriented, this has been something that has been extremely difficult for me to grasp is, if you are currently going through a challenging season or where you feel like you're falling short, do not let yourself be determined by what you haven't yet achieved. Rather, focus on again, like three daily tasks. It's interesting how we all do it, the three of us right Like why success habits? So focus on what you've done and what you're doing. And did I do my best today? By the end of the day, god delivers.

Speaker 1:

So good.

Speaker 2:

You know, and I'm just, I'm grateful, I'm grateful for God. Sometimes I ask myself I'm like what do I even know? And then, and then you know, like I have roof over my head, I've got clean water, I've got food. Honestly, that's like what else do we need?

Speaker 1:

Yeah Well, I'll say this to you guys God doesn't call the qualified, he qualifies the call.

Speaker 1:

Like he doesn't call you because you're qualified. I mean, you look at the 12 disciples they were all knuckleheads. They're not the 12 anybody would have picked. That would have been the last guys in the kickball line in the third grade. That would have got picked, but it'd been the last 12 guys out there and that's who he picked. And so, yeah, he doesn't. He doesn't call the qualified, he qualifies the call and you guys have he's. He's put a dream in your heart to be able to impact the lives of women and I'm honored to be your friend and have you guys here.

Speaker 3:

Likewise we love you buddy.
